About our Club
Club objectives:
To create a love for and interest in gardening.
To encourage learning about gardening, horticulture, design, and flower arranging.
To aid in conserving the natural flora.
To cooperate in beautifying public grounds and to coordinate activities with community leaders.
To promote and support activities sponsored by the Federated Garden Clubs of New York State, Inc. (FGCNYS).
We celebrate gardening and fulfill our mission statement by:
Visiting and maintaining beautiful public gardens.
Learning from horticulture talks, horticulture exhibits, and design exhibits.
Planting trees, flowers, and bulbs in public areas and community spaces.
Providing scholarships for young people who are interested in the conservation of the environment.
Serving on the Federated Garden Clubs of New York State, Inc., District X Board and contributing to its activities.
